Course Description
The course gives children not only an early start in the learning of colours, shapes and lines but also the opportunity to socialise with their peers and get their creative juices flowing. Besides drawing and colouring, they may also explore other art mediums and will be encouraged to talk about their daily life experiences to help them generate more ideas for their drawings.
Requirements and Remarks:
For 5 years old and above. Please bring your own drawing materials. New sign up, please bring oil pastels (large sticks), poster colour (Pentel or Sakura), pencils and eraser, black outline pencil, drawing block, etc. Course Registration Terms & Conditions By registering for this course, participants agree to the following Terms & Conditions: 1. Registration Registration is confirmed upon full payment of the course fee & processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Organiser reserves the right to decline any registration at its sole discretion. Participants must ensure all information provided during registration is accurate & complete. 2. Registration Closing Date Registration will close on the stated closing date or when the class reaches full capacity, whichever occurs first. Organiser reserves the right to cease the registrations once the max class size is reached. Late registrations may not be accepted. 3. Course Fees All course fees must be paid in full before course commencement date. Fees are non-transferable unless approved by Organiser. 4. Refund Policy All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Organiser. Refunds(where applicable) will be processed within 30 working days. No refunds will be provided for no-shows, partial attendance, or unused sessions. Refunds will exclude any admin or processing fees. Refunds requested for personal reasons*(for reasons not related to organiser's fault or external factors beyond control) will incur a 20% admin fee. 5. Course Cancellation or Changes by Organiser Organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the course due to unforeseen circumstances(e.g., insufficient enrolment, instructor unavailability, venue issues or force majeure events). In the event of cancellation by Organiser, participants will receive a full refund with no admin fee. Organiser shall not be liable for any other costs incurred by participants(e.g. travel, accommodation or personal expenses) 6. Communication & Updates Organiser may contact participants via email or phone for course updates. Participants must provide accurate contact details and monitor communications. 7. Participant Replacement Replacement requests must be submitted before course start and require Organiser approval. 8. Attendance Participants are expected to attend all sessions punctually. Missed sessions will not be replaced or refunded. 9. Conduct Participants must behave respectfully towards instructors & fellow participants. Organiser reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour without refund. 11. Liability Participants attend at their own risk. Organiser is not liable for injury, loss, or property damage unless due to proven negligence. Where the course involves physical activity or equipment, participants are responsible for ensuring their own health conditions are suitable for participation. Participants must inform Organiser of any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect their ability to participate safely. Participants attend at their own risk & should seek medical advice if uncertain about their fitness to participate. 12. Photography & Media Organiser may photograph/film for publicity. Participants not wishing to appear in media must inform Organiser in writing beforehand. 13. Personal Data Personal data is used solely for course administration and handled per data protection regulations. 14. Amendments Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
