Course Description
Get ready to sweat during a high energy and exciting aerobic dance workout. It will be fun and effective! You will tone your muscles, lose weight and enjoy a great cardio workout while moving and grooving to the latest dance music. Classes begin with a 10 to 15 minute warm-up routine plus a dynamic pre-stretch. It is then followed by a 35 to 40-minute aerobic dance routine. Lastly, you end the workout with a 5 minute cool down stretch. Please be in your sports attire, sports shoes and bring your face towel and water bottle.
