Cheesecake is a classic Western dessert, while chendol is a popular Asian dessert. This lesson will demonstrate how the flavours from these 2 desserts can blend harmoniously. Content: 1. Make a cake base with digestive biscuits 2. Prepare the cheesecake filling from scratch 3. Assemble all elements of the cheesecake for the final product Parent and child work together to produce the cheesecake and will bring home 2 pieces of the final product. Each cheesecake measures 3-inch in diameter. The class will last about 2 hours. Participants need to bring own apron, containers and carrier bags for completed products. Ingredient fee of $10 to be paid directly to trainer.
