Sitoh Mei Mui has more than 15 years experience in teaching cooking. She specialises in Cakemaking, Nonya Kueh Making, Chinese Herbal Cooking and Home Cooking. She is constantly on the lookout for ways to enrich her cooking knowledge and hopes to share her love for cooking with you! She has been a CC trainer since 1987.

Participants will learn to create an exciting range of cookies, cakes and pies.
