Course Description
Bungee Fitness involves cardio, strength training, and full body-workout while attached to a harness and bungee cord. The benefits of being attached to a bungee cord is that it is a low-impact workout and is easy on the joints when incorporating lunges, squats and jumping into the routines.
The goal is to pair fast-paced and explosive movements with lunges, squats, and other resistant exercises. Incorporating weight training into the workout will increase strength and toning.
Bungee fitness provides a 2 in 1 workout … both muscle building and fat burning at the same time! A great workout that is accessible to all age groups and fitness levels to get you moving.
Requirements and Remarks:
1) Please wear proper exercise workout attire with long tight (encourage) and top that cover the waistline. 2) Proper workout shoes
