Course Description

The course enables participants to create a variety of breads, buns and rolls at home.

Requirements and Remarks:

Menu: Sour dough ciabatta bread with yeast. Make sour dough starter no yeast. Make from scratch, 2 in a group. Bring along your own container, apron and towel (for cleaning of hands). Please take note that this class is conducted in a non-halal kitchen. L2 Culinary studio (Ancilla) - David Ong Ingredients fee of $8 to be paid directly to the trainer.
