Course Description
The course enables participants to create a variety of breads, buns and rolls at home.
Requirements and Remarks:
Let’s get creative and incorporate vegetables into breadmaking. They are good natural additives to boost flavour, colour and nutrients. Join the class to learn bread making techniques and create your own healthy bread! This is a hands-on class, suitable for those without baking experience, from 15 years old onwards. Minimum of 5 participants to start class. Participants need to bring own apron, containers and carrier bags for completed products. Ingredient fee of $8 to be paid directly to trainer.
