Course Description
Bootybarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. Bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre.
Participants will arabesque with attitude, plie with poise and dominate your derriere! Discover your inner ballerina! A combination of ballet, yoga and Pilates at the barre, and the use of light weights you will shape and tone your way to a dancer’s body! Lengthen limbs, improves posture, firms glutes and pirouettes away your problems!
Sweat towel, comfortable workout gear and plenty of water. Bootybarre classes are taken barefoot, being barefoot forces us to use every muscle in the foot and ankle and challenges our balance. However, socks with “grip” on the bottom or ballet slippers are also allowed.
Requirements and Remarks:
To bring 2x 500ml water bottle as weights or 2x 1kg dumbbells as well as yoga mat and anti-slip socks (optional). Please contact trainer Ms Joyce Foo at 9108 1647 for further enquires.
