Course Description

Bollywood dance is a fusion of east and west dance styles that takes in elements of Jazz, Salsa, Hip Hop, Modern Dance and Classical Indian Dance. It is inspired by the Bolloywood film industry.

During this enjoyable class, participants will be taught basic foot work, hand movements and choreography of a Bollywood song. Each class will start with warm up and stretching followed by teaching based on choreographed dance steps.

(It is recommended that participants wear sports attire and bring a water bottle along.)
