Course Description

Bollywood dance is a fusion of east and west dance styles that takes in elements of Jazz, Salsa, Hip Hop, Modern Dance and Classical Indian Dance. It is inspired by the Bollywood film industry. During this enjoyable class, you will be taught basic foot work, hand movements and choreography to a Bollywood song. Each class will start with warm up and stretching followed by teaching based on choreographed dance steps. (It is recommended that you wear sports attire and bring a water bottle along.)
