Course Description
The Body Toning exercise program caters to participants who prefer low-impact movements to avoid joint injury or discomfort, while still gaining endurance benefits. Participants begin the session with a 10-minute warm-up featuring dynamic stretches before engaging in exercises aimed at toning:
Upper body - Chest, Back, Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps
Lower body - upper and lower abdominals, obliques, outer and inner thighs, quadriceps (front thigh), glutes (buttocks), calf and shin
Mid segment - Lower Back, Abdominals (Rectus abdominis, Internal oblique, external oblique and transvers abdominis)
The aforementioned exercises will strengthen muscles, improve bone health, increase lean muscle mass for fat burning, reduce the risk of osteoporosis, and also help alleviate backaches. Participants will not only achieve a lean, toned body but also improve their body posture.
