The session will start with a 10 minutes warm up which includes energetic, strength building exercises like jumping jacks, squats etc to prepare students for the movements, ensuring safety and readiness of the body. The next 20 minutes will be intense physical movements, where students learn the basic steps (64 Adavus) and hand gestures and meanings.
