Course Description
Basketball is a strategic game in which players take cues from their team members and anticipate their opponents' tactics and moves. Playing it regularly can help one cultivate quick reflexes and become more agile and it is an excellent way to build stamina, develop concentration and tone one's physique. Learn the rules of the game, basic ball dribbling, passing and receiving as well as offensive and defensive techniques.
Requirements and Remarks:
There will be no class on 10 February 2027 due to Chinese New Year. Suited for children aged between 7 and 12 years old.
