Course Description
Basketball is a strategic game in which players take cues from their team members and anticipate their opponents' tactics and moves. Playing it regularly can help one cultivate quick reflexes and become more agile and it is an excellent way to build stamina, develop concentration and tone one's physique. Learn the rules of the game, basic ball dribbling, passing and receiving as well as offensive and defensive techniques.
Requirements and Remarks:
***For Children Ages 7-12 Years Old*** ***Please bring your own basketball, water bottle & towel*** ***NOTICE*** ***For Community activities or wet weather ~ contingencies, the class will proceed to be held at the nearby Block 522 Hougang Ave 6 Void Deck, to do ball handing, ball control and physical training, no hoop needed.
