Course Description
Basketball is a strategic game in which players take cues from their team members and anticipate their opponents' tactics and moves. Playing it regularly can help one cultivate quick reflexes and become more agile and it is an excellent way to build stamina, develop concentration and tone one's physique. Learn the rules of the game, basic ball dribbling, passing and receiving as well as offensive and defensive techniques.
Requirements and Remarks:
Children Basketball class suitable for children age 7 yrs old to 12 yrs old. New start date is subject to changes. Please check with CC for start date if you do not receive any text confirmation of new start date. For children 7 - 12 years old only. Registration at least 2 weeks before class start date.
