Course Description

Date: 3 December 2026, Thursday Time: 6.30pm - 8.30pm Menu: 1. Christmas wreath cookie (about 8-inch/20 cm in diameter) 2. 4 pieces of Gingerbread man Gingerbread cookies are classic Christmas festive cookies. This class is about using the gingerbread cookie dough to create 2 cookie designs, and decorating them. Trainer will demonstrate how to make the cookie dough and icing for decoration purpose. Participants need to bring own apron, containers and carrier bags for completed products. Ingredient fee of $8 to be paid directly to trainer.
