David brings with him a wealth of experience since he started his career as a Baker in a production kitchen. He is well-versed in the kitchen operations of hotels, private restaurants and factory production kitchen and also has experience in food costing, marketing of products to researching trends in the market place. He has worked in renowned hotel such as Shangri-La Hotel and the Sentosa Resort and Spa Singapore. David Ong is a friendly trainer and he holds a Diploma in Baking and Pastry from Ceral Tech School of Baking Technology. He also holds Advance Certificate in Training and Assessment and Advance Food Hygiene from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
