Course Description
Learn the basic techniques of ballet and how to develop better co-ordination of the body and a stronger sense of rhythm. This course also encourages self-expression and instils a sense of self-discipline in participants.
Requirements and Remarks:

On the first class, come in stretchable pants/leggings, t-shirt, barefoot, hair neatly tied. Bring a water bottle and go to the washroom before class starts.
