Course Description
This course introduces adults to basic ballet movements, including body alignment and feet articulation. Strength and control will be emphasised. This is for Intermediate level.
Requirements and Remarks:
Ballet (Adult) - Intermediate (HealthierSG). For existing students only. Venue: Dance Studio 4 (Level 1). Conducted in English.
