Hai Yang Cultural Arts & Development Centre was established in 1996, with the mission of promoting Chinese cultural arts and dance in the Singapore community. The centre conducts CCA courses (e.g. Ballet, Chinese Dance and Modern Dance) at schools.

This course introduces adults to basic ballet movements, including body alignment and feet articulation. Strength and control will be emphasised.
