Course Description
This course introduces adults to basic ballet movements, including body alignment and feet articulation. Strength and control will be emphasised.
Requirements and Remarks:
Not suitable for Beginner. Suitable for students with prior ballet experience. We encourage interested students to visit the class first before signing up. Lesson conducted in Mandarin.
