Menu: Week 1: Wholemeal pandan chiffon cake (全麦斑斓戚风蛋糕), Walnut brownie (香蕉核桃布朗尼) Week 2: Japanese cotton cheesecake (日式芝士蛋糕), Sugar-free carrot cake (无糖萝卜蛋糕) Week 3: Orange chocolate butter cake (橙香巧克力牛油蛋糕), Lemon rice cake loaf (柠檬米蛋糕) Week 4: Black sesame walnut chiffon cake (黑芝麻核桃戚风蛋糕), Miso cupcakes with crumble toppings (味增小蛋糕) This is a demonstration class only, no hands-on. It is open to participants from 12 years old onwards. Minimum of 5 participants to start class. Ingredient fee of $10 to be paid directly to trainer.
