Course Description
Baking made easy is a course to debunk the myth that baking is very tough and time consuming. Certain fundamentals and basics in baking will be explored and demonstrated by using popular bread/cake recipes, and desserts found in cafes, shops and hotels. Possible errors in techniques and methods will be highlighted so that participants can learn about troubleshooting and what to avoid/expect during the baking process. Proper handling and storing of the products will be discussed and reviewed.

Holiday Baking Workshop – Adorable Sheep Cookies Join us for a fun holiday baking workshop! Learn essential baking and decorating techniques through instructor demonstrations, followed by guided hands-on practice. Participants will bake and decorate their own adorable sheep cookies. IMPORTANT NOTES • Suitable for children aged 8 and above. • Children below 8 must be accompanied by a parent. • Minimum 6 participants required to commence. • $15 material fee payable directly to the trainer at the start of class. • Participants will be notified via SMS if the class is cancelled or rescheduled. • Course fees are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled or rescheduled.
