Course Description
Baking classes specially catered for kids. This child friendly workshop is a great opportunity for them to unleash their creativity in the kitchen. They will learn how to make a variety of baked goods from scratch and be fully engaged in a sensorial experience. A great way for your child to learn about food safety and be exposed to different flavours and textures. He’ll have a ball of a time digging into his home made treats afterwards.
● Participants may bring their own aprons if they wish to.

School Holiday Baking Workshop For children aged 5 - 12 years old ONLY HANDS-ON KIDS WORKSHOP WORKING IN PAIRS Min: 8 pax Max: 16 Ingredients Fee: $10 (To pay to trainer) All ingredients use is Halal Certified Recipe: Oatmeal Cornflakes Cookies with raisins Participants need to bring own containers to bring back the cookies after lesson. Participants are encouraged to mask on. Trainer: Mr Allan Teoh (Thrice Award-Winning Author) Chef Allan Teoh is a Thrice Award-Winning Author. Allan Teoh has published books on baking and his first book, AllanBakes-Really Good Cakes, clinched the Best Desserts Cookbook award for Singapore under the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2011. He was also the mentor to the winner and runner-up of the second season of Junior Masterchef Australia series when the contestants visited Singapore for a cooking demonstration in 2012. Allan was also voted as one the 2009 Heavenly King for his Cheesecake by Singapore mobile users organised by Lianhe Wanbao, Omy and Rednano.
