Course Description

Bahad Zubu is a form of Filipino fighting arts founded by Grandmaster Epifanio Yuli Romo. It is a system of empty hand, stick and blade combat whereby more blending, deceptive and preemptive measures are utilized instead of blocking or direct attacks.

There is no complicated Forms or Kata to remember. Instead, students will learn the underpinning fundamental though interactive drills of Counter Armed Tactics (CAT) and Counter Unarmed Tactics (CUT).

Understand body, footwork and stepping, how to shift your body weight and stay out of reach. While learning some self-defence techniques, this course also builds your confidence, and have fun in the process with like-minded people!
