Course Description
Improve your overall fitness and attain good eye-limb coordination by playing badminton! Suitable for all levels and ages, you’ll learn the proper ways to grip and swing the racquet, fundamental strokes, correct ways to serve and footwork.
Requirements and Remarks:
Min age: 6, Max age: 16 Please contact trainer Nelson @ 91118242 before registering for class. Participants are to bring personal items eg. racket, bottle, towel and etc. Please do not attend if unwell.
