Course Description
Improve your overall fitness and attain good eye-limb coordination by playing badminton! Suitable for all levels and ages, you’ll learn the proper ways to grip and swing the racquet, fundamental strokes, correct ways to serve and footwork.
Requirements and Remarks:
New & Existing Students. For age: 7 years old and above. Material Fee: $2 every lesson is payable to the trainer directly Please wear proper sports attire. Please note that there will be NO class on 30 April 2026, Thursday. This is due to an event setup at the MPH/Badminton Hall.
