Course Description
Badminton is an enjoyable and easy sport. It promotes general fitness and enables the player to attain good eye-limb coordination and mental vigilance. One of the worldFs fastest racquet sports, it requires swift reflexes and excellent conditioning. It can be played by people at all skill levels and ages. This course is specially designed for kids aged 7 and older. Participants will learn the rules of the game, proper ways to grip and swing the racquet, fundamental strokes, correct ways to serve and footworks.
Requirements and Remarks:
This class is suitable for children aged 5 to 12 years old. All skill levels are welcome. - Payable directly to trainer: (i) $10 for Shuttlecocks (for provision during training) (ii) $15 for Jersey - Participants to bring own racket, water bottle, towel and be in proper covered shoes. Strictly no replacement or refunds for missed session(s) as we encourage participants' responsibility to deconflict own's schedule and commitment to the course before signing up. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis if there are valid reasons, subjected to committee's approval and admin fee. Thank you.
