Course Description
The stimulating sport of archery is introduced in this programme. Participants learn its basic techniques, and get an understanding of the equipment, safety procedures and range rules. In addition, they learn techniques to control their body movements, develop stamina and mental steadiness, which are prized attractions of the sport.The programme is suitable for people of all ages.
