Course Description
As our modern lifestyle gets more hectic and stressful, yoga practice helps to distress, rejuvenate and energize ourselves.
In yoga, we emphasise moving in coordination with the breath and with fluidity. We will work through poses and pose links in increments, then move the practice through a more fluid flow, linking poses together in a fun and dynamic practice. You will learn good, safe pose alignment, gain a much clearer understanding on the teachings and philosophies of Yoga and how it can help you lead a more fulfilling and calmer life.
With regular practice you will soon notice aches and pains easing, that you sleep better. You will become stronger, more toned, more flexible and much better at dealing with stress, making you feel younger and more energized !!
Requirements and Remarks:
