Course Description

Generative AI has grown from a specialist tool into an accessible everyday assistant. This beginner-level course helps seniors understand and use AI safely, confidently and independently for common daily activities. Participants will learn to give clear instructions to AI using voice or text, and apply it to practical, real-life situations including communication, translation, information searches, travel planning and personal organisation. By the end of the course, participants will be able to use AI with greater confidence, understand basic privacy precautions, and recognise unreliable information — building digital skills that support independence, connection and quality of life.
