A veteran culinary trainer with People’s Association for 30 years, Mdm Yeo has the passion for cooking and sharing her skills with those who enjoy food, particularly desserts. Through constant creations and improvements, she has written a book about agar agar called “Jellilicious”.

Participants will learn to create colourful agar agar of various shapes and sizes for their family parties.
