Carol Ng took her first aerobics class in Hawaii in 1983 and maintained her keen interest by completing an aerobics instructor’s course in 1995. She has over 17 years of teaching experience in aerobics. Carol later obtained a yoga instructor certificate from Vivekananda Yoga Centre. She is conducting both aerobics and yoga classes at the CCs.

This course makes keeping fit fun and interesting. Participants are able to achieve a certain level of fitness through aerobics to keep fit and alert.
