Mariean Chua was a former Ballroom dancer who had participated in a number of international Ballroom dancing competition regionally. She was also a teacher for Ballroom Dancing for 7 years. She immersed herself in pole dancing albeit working towards the instructor certification. In the late of 2017, she discovered Zumba and since then she is passionately in the said activity and got herself certified supporting her passion for coaching. From a personal front, Mariean is highly approachable, bubbly, easy going, and energetic. Her style of training incorporates laughter, music, and highly interactive regardless of age group.

Aerial yoga is also often referred to as “anti-gravity yoga” or “flying yoga”. It involves being suspended by a hammock which is supported by carabineers, support chains, as well as webbing straps. While suspended in mid-air, participants would perform different yoga poses. Classes also often incorporate elements of Pilates and dance! Because the suspension of the hammocks is considerably close to the floor, aerial yoga is a great option even for those of you who are afraid of heights and are reluctant to be swinging around too far from the ground. This popular trend may sound a little daunting at first, but it is certainly an interesting and exciting choice once you try it. Additionally, aerial yoga is tied to a myriad of health benefits. For example, it improves blood flow to your brain, it helps to increase your flexibility, it improves your focus, and it is a great upper body workout!
