Course Description
The focus shall be on basic body training and small-group dancing. Floor exercise shall take up 10 min to exercise the legs and waist. Bar exercise shall take up 10 min; to connect the squat, half-point toe and centre of gravity. The centre, arm posture, body and dance steps shall take up 40 min. Every 10 sessions shall complete a dance component.
Requirements and Remarks:
Bring your ballerina dreams to life with JE Dance Academy's Adult Ballet Classes. No experience necessary, just an eagerness to learn and try new things in a friendly and positive environment. This term will focus on the fundamental techniques required for ballet with a Nutcracker theme. At the end of the term, students will present a short piece of repertoire from the Nutcracker Ballet. Pls contact Ms Jenna Tan @ 9227-2774 for more details before signing up. NO parking within the CC premises.
