Course Description

360° Body Fitness is aims to spice up your old workout routine regardless of your age, limitations and fitness level. It offers VARIETY and an ALL-ROUNDED workout for those who seek to improve their total fitness and weight loss goals. Course includes Body Toning, Cardiovascular Training, Dance Fitness, Kick Boxing, Pilates and Yoga. A 1 hour workout consists of at least 2 elements of the above. Eg: dance fitness with body toning or kickboxing with Pilates. The COMPREHENSIVE and VARIOUS combination training segments will help to improve your muscle endurance, strength, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility level. Thus, boost your metabolism rate to burn calories more efficiently. With 360° Body Fitness routine, you can look forward to total fitness and weight loss.

Requirements and Remarks:

Participants are encouraged to log in via Singpass at https://www.onepa.gov.sg and update your mobile details (Menu → Profile → Contact Information) to receive timely updates on activities, venue changes, and cancellations. Body Toning, Cardiovascular Training, Dance Fitness, Kick Boxing, Pilates and Yoga. 1 hour workout consists of at least 2 elements of the above. Eg: dance fitness with body toning or kickboxing with Pilates. Please bring a thick towel or yoga mat and water bottle. Be in sports attire and sport shoes.
