Course Description
360° Body Fitness is aims to spice up your old workout routine regardless of your age, limitations and fitness level. It offers VARIETY and an ALL-ROUNDED workout for those who seek to improve their total fitness and weight loss goals. Course includes Body Toning, Cardiovascular Training, Dance Fitness, Kick Boxing, Pilates and Yoga. A 1 hour workout consists of at least 2 elements of the above. Eg: dance fitness with body toning or kickboxing with Pilates. The COMPREHENSIVE and VARIOUS combination training segments will help to improve your muscle endurance, strength, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility level.
