PAssion Members who are also library members can upgrade to an NLB Partner Membership for enhanced borrowing privileges. With this upgrade, they can borrow up to 24 physical items and 16 eBooks (including eAudiobooks) for 21 days, with the option to renew for an additional 21 days.

 

For existing library members

• Singaporeans and Singapore PRs may login at NLB myLibrary page
• Foreigners may register as a Partner Member for free within the valid period of their annual library membership subscription

 

For non-library members

• You may login with your Singpass at NLB Membership registration page to register for both the NLB basic Membership and Partner Membership
