ABOUT PASSION NSF CONCESSION CARD

All full-time National Servicemen (NSFs) serving in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) or Singapore Police Force (SPF) can apply for either the PAssion NSF Concession Card or NSF Concession Card.

The PAssion NSF Concession Card is an all-in-one card where NSFs can enjoy exclusive PAssion Card benefits and privileges in addition to concessionary fares on public transport. Pre-enlistees who have selected the PAssion NSF Concession Card will receive it when they report to their assigned unit on the day of enlistment.

  
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON THE PASSION NSF CONCESSION CARD

Pre-enlistees can select either the NSF Concession Card or PAssion NSF Concession Card during NS online registration. Once confirmed, you will not be able to switch cards and the card selected will be issued for use throughout your full-time National Service.  NSFs holding the PAssion NSF Concession Card will be offered a complimentary PAssion Membership extension upon completion of their full-time National Service.

    • Cardholders can enjoy discounts at over 2,000 PAssion Merchant outlets.

Concessionary Fares

National Library Board (NLB) Partner Membership

    • Cardholders are extended the NLB Partner Membership which entitles them to borrow up to TWENTY-FOUR (24) library items with no additional fees from 1 January 2020.
