Gendang Akustika is a youthful traditional Malay musical ensemble aspiring to promote and preserve the Malay music and culture in todayâ¿¿s fast-paced society. Comprising young talented musicians and vocalists, the ensemble breathes life into traditional Malay music with fresh and invigorating musical arrangements and performance styles. Gendang Akustikaâ¿¿s music is exclusive in its arrangements and seeks to appeal with jazz, latin styles dangdut and pop, just to name a few.
