Kelly Heng, a certified Aerobics, Pilates and Zumba instructor has been a fitness instructor for over twenty years. She has also choreographed dance exercise routines and actively participated in demonstrations representing various community clubs to promote active lifestyle through fitness. She conducted several Pilates workshops for Junior Colleges and competed in the 2009 Bikram Yoga Championship held in conjunction with the United States Yoga Federation. A member of the Zumba Instructor Network, Kelly’s great passion in fitness and her warm personality has motivated many of her participants to exercise regularly. Courses conducted by Kelly include Aerobics, Body Toning, Pilates, Zumba Gold and Zumba Fitness.
