MG x Active Health - My Journey to Better Health (Online)
This session is aimed at helping you who are keen to embark on a healthier lifestyle but unsure of how and where to begin. We will begin by first helping you to discover your own fitness and health levels through simple self-guided assessments.
Our Active Health Coaches will then guide you on goal setting and habits formation, enabling you to make sustainable changes to your life and achieve your fitness and health goals!
Participants are required to have the following for the session:
• Waist Measuring Tape
• Stable Chair with back rest
• Writing materials (pen and paper)
• Additional mobile device to scan QR-Code (for interactive elements)
